    The only way Cal steps down is if somebody pays him more than we pay him. Not sure which college could do that and there's only a couple of NBA teams that pay their coach more than we play Cal. So Im not sure that will happen.

    FWIW, I think most of the information Matt gives when he prefaces with something like "I've spoken to a lot of people around the program that would know..." usually ends up being wrong. Or at least that what it seems like here lately. I don't know exactly where he's getting that information...
