    Expectations are pretty high after last years run during Ben's first year at the helm. He sure looks to be making great decisions while building for the future. Such a different approach than Fran had. Fan's are hungry to watch a more competitive team. Excited to see what year two brings.

    Will be interesting to see what he can do there. He's a solid coach but who he can get for offensive and defensive coaches to help build a winning program will be important. Don't look for anything dramatic to happen very quickly.

    Injured Gron will struggle with little mobility. Wiscy will stack the box on D and passing will be 5-7 yard quick hits to get the ball out and prevent Gron from getting tackled. Kirk will be reluctant to switch QB's until way too late in the game. SSDD.
