    I know there were more than 3 coaches interviewed. One coming for Asheville. I will say that LHS could be a great spot if the new coach can keep it's current players and build a program that's appealing to the players. The cross town rival EL just won the 3A state title and LHS played them...

    They probably didn't have many people apply and he was best candidate. Idk why experience would play apart every Head Football coach had to be a first time head football coach. Also anyone who is willing to take over that program is someone they should try to keep around
