    SDSU was a quality opponent. By Sagarin preseason rankings they were 66, one slot behind Oregon’s opponent Boise State, who they barely beat. Most of the other B1G week 1 opponents were ranked well below SDSU.

    As it turns out, it was important to take advantage of whatever they saw in the D early on since they recovered and slowed us down (or we slowed ourselves down too with false starts) for a while after that. I like the approach.

    Because the replay on TV with the game clock clearly showed 0:00 before the guy touched the ball. Apparently there was another angle that showed otherwise, perhaps the camera feeds were on different fraction of a second delay, otherwise it’s inexplicable.
