    Changing the real estate footprint is not possible however changing the feel is. Simple stuff like better landscaping. Bigger things like the new College Ave quad, which was designed in 2015 and credible word on street is Tate says he is aiming at 2041 to do the 2030 plan from 2015. Unacceptable.
