Tough couple of days for UConn fans

You mean a good 40 year run? Not a UCONN fan but they have been the premier program in every 50 and unders life. six titles.

Tom Jurich, you remember "Mr. Wonderful" himself. Where is he employed at now?

He might have been, many in power are but he earned what they paid him was what I was saying.

    Gone again.

We need a forum called GLOVES OFF. Once a thread crosses the point of no return you move it to GLOVES OFF and in this forum there is zero moderation. Or you just start your thread there. IT will be like the "Faces of Death or Rotten dot com" portion of the site, read at your own risk. If you...

Tom Jurich, you remember "Mr. Wonderful" himself. Where is he employed at now?

He took an inner city commuter school from the Metro to the ACC. He took them from freedom hall to the Yum and from Concrete Cardinal Stadium to Papa Johns. Their baseball team went from a no name to a yearly CWS contender. Nearly every sport achieved their respective sports greatest heights...

Duke accused of tamper by Dayton fans

Tampering has always been there. Its just in the open now. You think these kids bail without having a good picture of whats coming their way? The kid up the road Ellis. He has minutes galore and absolute freedom in the offense at a name brand and he leaps out into thin air with no clue about...

Top 3 point shooter in the nation; Pitino’s boy in the portal …Walter Clayton Jr.

Mitchell IIRC was a 4 star kid that played in the Big East or ACC at a program thats top ten to 15 in nearly every category, Im not sure he fits on that list. A couple other guys while not playing in the ACC/BEast are not at slouch programs playing slouch competition either Wood being the most...

Likely going to be a bad tourney for the SEC

Looks like I have to add Mizzou to my list of teams not to pick past the first weekend! Glad to see Bama and UT slide down a bit.

Likely going to be a bad tourney for the SEC

Are Bama and UT still tied for most appearances without a Final 4? Based on that alone I generally have both Bama and UT out of my bracket before or by the sweet 16 no matter the talent. Im drawing off of 50 years of watching and they ALWAYS let down the SEC.

Matt Jones moved to Cards radio?

People still listen to the radio? You can watch a game on your phone in the middle of the desert these days.

Poll: Are you finally will to stop going to UK games until CCC is gone?

This is one of a few schools where even if you dont go someone will. The only way this could be successful is if season ticket holder dont go and dont sell or give away tickets. Outside of Duke, Kansas and maybe one or two others this would work but not here,

    Cal said it was discipline

Its hard to teach discipline in one season. Kids start thinking and they stop making plays. Its a tough spot and Im glad Im not the one dealing with it. He is right though. Think about just tonight and consider what I am saying here. They play good D. Folks can quibble and argue all you want...
