    Game Thread: Northwestern vs. Illinois

He averaged 167 yards passing per game and had as many picks as he had TDs (8) in B1G play. Pedestrian QB play would win us the Michigan and Illinois games. It is far from his fault alone (if Lujan isn't gone this offseason god help us), but he had a really terrible year.

He's getting paid a lot of money to put up just over 2,000 yards of passing and a 14/12 TD/INT ratio over an entire season. I'd say the crap is justified.

    Matt Nicholson Disappointment

Right? When I saw the news about Matt's foot I literally fell to my knees in an Arby's bathroom. As I fell to my knees, I threw out my back and accidentally emptied my bowels. Now I'm covered in **** and Arby's Horsey Sauce and feeling very emotionally vulnerable. It would be impossible for me...

If there is a God this will end 7-7 and we’ll go into 4 OTs before the game ends 9-7 Cats.

Except we wouldn’t, cuz we called a sneak on 2nd down and it didn’t work. Plus the turf was screwed up right on the hash.

Ok, Fitz. Guess we’ll just run a HB dive on every play and blame it on the execution when that doesn’t work.

Same formation 4 plays in a row. Pretty sure we ran the same two plays on all 4 downs.

Iowa came close on several punts in the 1st half. Change the protection? Nah.

Wouldn’t mind seeing Bajakian fired mid-season. Give someone else a chance to call plays.

Evanston is in the news tonight

Hell yea, brother! If @CappyNU can’t see the connection between the Israel-Hamas conflict and our football team then this country is LOST! I’ve personally tuned in to a little known website called x.com to get my news. Lots of like-minded patriots there who are discussing the REAL ISSUES. For...

OT: Pat Ryan buys minority stake in EPL team AFC Bournemouth

Maybe this means we’ll have a match between Bournemouth and an American club at the new Ryan Field? That would be fun!
