    The way Swain jumped around and posed over the receiver suggests that he intended to make that exact hit. Classic example of targeting. Of course, if Beamer had benched him after throwing punches, the targeting would've never happened. But Beamer really wants to be here so it's all OK.

    I don’t know why so many are missing this point. That seems to constitute pay for play.

    I was NEVER in favor of Tanner as AD. The job is way to specialized these days to hire an old coach. Some high schools are figuring this out as well. It’s a different skill set.
