Burroughs asked about coaching at Iowa

And that is why Iowa will stay where they are at very good but not great. The program needs to evolve. Honest question what coach with experience would you like to replace TNT? Metcalf (Brands clone) Tom Ryan too old. Schwab getting to old. Whoever comes it cant have ties to Iowa. New ideas need...

Burroughs asked about coaching at Iowa

Ok let’s say top 5 is the new Iowa peak. How many years before it top 10 or 4 AAs. Look at Minnesota for the recipe. keep looking at the past thats not iowas future

Burroughs asked about coaching at Iowa

This program USED TO BE ELITE. We constantly hear dual/duel meets dont matter. Well a loss to Minnesota last year and having some head scratchers doesn’t help recruiting. If top 5 is all you want Iowa is right where it belongs. If Iowa misses JB because he’s not from Iowa they deserve what they...

    Chances of Bassett leaving VT?

A 20 year old freshman who has had no college experience or injuries. Bo will transfer. Will it be before he gets his AARP card Or collects social security. IMO he will be a 4 time AA never a champ. I am probably wrong but right now he makes too many mistakes.

Bottom line we dont know what his punishment will be or if there will be any. I hope Jordan gets his life...

    Honest Question about Jordan Williams

I have said this previously i dont believe wrestling will help his problem. I wish the best for anyone who is struggling in life. Wrestling can help with a lot of things but it becomes a distraction to the bigger problem. IMO

    Honest Question about Jordan Williams

Who cares about what the law does to him. He needs help. Posting stupid crap on an Iowa wrestling website is not helping the young man. MSU could argue with anyone And come back and say its relevant to helping him. The topic is honest question. Has Jordan recieved any help yet? I sure hope so...

He’s also never been to the NCAA at 174. Gabe did outstanding at 197 but 174 isn’t 197.
