    Great research, so we've literally only gave up one TD to their new coaches in the last five tries. 1987 was 3 FG and 2007 was 5 FG allowed. One 63 yard run by Troy Davis in 1995 being the lone exception. Let's keep that trend going Saturday.

    Iowa usually greets each new ISU regime with a one sided win, so I'd expect the same this year. But can't turn it over or leave points on the board (missed kicks) and let them keep it close like two years ago.

    His very first game in 1999 might've been up in the air had Reiners not been suspended for the opener, although I think McCann would've started against Nebraska anyway. But Reiners did eventually start game 3 for the first win against appropriately enough, Northern Illinois.

    Kaleb Brown had a catch for UAB, glad he's still playing FBS at least. He and Deacon were good together for a couple game stretch here, and that was about the peak for both of them unfortunately.
