    There is nothing but speculation around Vandeberg and getting a medical redshirt or medical hardship waiver. The same rule should apply to Grant, as they are both 4th year seniors injured after 4 games. But Ash is correct, these things seem to be applied inconsistently. Good luck for both...

    I'm sorry that you had to deal with a bad Iowa fan. There are jerks in every fanbase, unfortunately. My last road trip was Northestern 2010, and after dealing with some Northestern jerks, I haven't gone on the road since.

    The big load RB from Ohio is out this week, and has been injured outside of game 1. I agree that stopping the run and forcing the pass is NW's best bet. Actually, both teams will gameplan for that.

    The line is at Iowa -2.5, which is crazy. This is an evenly matched game, on the road, with lots of injuries. I would put it NW -2.5.

    I think Canzeri is our best back, the issue with him has always been health. Losing Daniels hurts because we've been hesitant to give our other backups any carries. The next two RBs had a few snaps against Illinois, but we didn't trust them with a carry. Both teams have major injury concerns...

    I'm shocked that Iowa opened as a 3 pt favorite, which was immediately pushed down to a pickem and now at Iowa by 1. I would have guessed NW by 2.5 or 3. This will be a tough, low scoring game. 13-10 or something similar.
