    She has the richest total salary in history. Come on man. Quit protecting players. Fever supermax contract with AB will prove to be the single greatest factor in lowering this teams ceiling. Unless…they trade her and do it smartly.

    Definitely. I’m hoping Illinois bounces back and that win is boosted if the Hawks pull it off. Maybe Nebraska sneaks into the rankings. It would also help if Iowa State somehow defies expectations and is really good.

    There’s also a value piece here. Firmly top 25 in revenue is outstanding. Reflects a lot of positives beyond just the B10 revenue sharing pie. But it also makes the tiny NIL more disappointing.

    Yep. Hecklinski is gone. There is no Hecklinski. At least they kinda suspected this outcome and Sullivan has had some practice snaps. He'll be the backup QB after Hecklinski leaves (assuming no Brown injury in the next game or 2). I'm just glad this QB thing has been handled so deftly.

    After last nights game, the reality has set in that the low ceiling I feared is accurate. I think there’s a strong likelihood the Hawks are 3-3 when they hit the road at Minnesota and then have Wisky at home. 2 games that likely decide if the season is decent or a huge disappointment.
