FC/OT: USA Today article on PSU Football - program at a ‘crossroads’….

It’s unwatchable because the officiating is terrible.

The NLWC has got to keep him and Snyder around after they decide to stop. Coaching for either one?

The NLWC. So RBY, Blaze, Zain, Haines, Dake, and Snyder all medaling at Worlds? Wow! Then you got Luke, Ono, James, Duke, Messenbrink, Brooks (he’s back), and Barr coming. Did I miss anyone? unbelievable. Not to mention Desmond, SVN, Kasak, Rocco, Henckel, Asher… also training. other than...

It’s amazing at their age that Dake and Snyder seem to have gotten better! Unbelievable what the NLWC has going on.

    2026-27 PSU MBB Thread

Reed is in there now and team is ranked #99 and forecasted at 15-16 overall and 6-14 in big ten. I’d take that looking at this roster!

Local Radio in State College (WRSC) had a poll this week wrt Pat Kraft

Anyone fact check the assertion that the varsity teams have regressed vs. big ten competition since Krafty arrived? Same on the academics side and being 18th!

I get the thinking behind the coaching search a lot more now then I did then

Very true. Agents turned on him and PSU. High School coaches turned on PSU for treating Franklin the way they did. Campbell, staff and his squad have tried to plug holes with inferior talent and it shows in crunch time. For some reason the same ailment has afflicted many of the teams now. It’s a...

I get the thinking behind the coaching search a lot more now then I did then

No… all he did was get huge raises for all the coaches he pursued. They love him.

Are we all in agreement? Krafty Kraft needs…

Krafty was red hot after the 24/25 season and was a finalist for AD of the year. Football, WVB, Hockey amongst others were riding high. All were supposed to contend for national titles. Excitement about the stadium Reno and an outdoor hockey game to celebrate Gavin McKenna was on the slate and...

Unbelievable! Krafty The Clown fired Franklin basically 1 year after he negotiated himself a huge raise & an 8-Year ironclad guarantee (link)

He grabbed it while he was hot. Remember 2024-25 he was a finalist for AD of the year. Top 3! So he was rolling after 3 years. He heard how Franklin did it! Then all the high hopes for several sports in 2025-26 ended in sub par performances, the Franklin firing and coaching search fiasco. All...

Willie's 2027 Crystal Ball - Final PreSeason Edition

    That’s 4-4 in semis and 4-0 in the finals. Historically they win 80% of semis. I’ll go 4, 2, 3, 0, 1 for top 5 placements. That’s a record.

    Landon Tengwall?

Saw the most recent Obligatory show last night and LT said Krafty is out soon…

    Landon Tengwall?

Landon tells it like it is. Listen to former players. I never listen to most of the rest of the PSU talking heads… they just spew nonsense. LT is in Lasch. The others just regurgitate what’s already out there.
