Comparison: Mark Pope vs Scott Drew over the past two (2) seasons

Couldn’t agree more. I have no doubt that Pearl would do well, here. And, I’m not the type who needs a choir boy HC. Morality & decency matter to me. But, I’m willing to overlook a lot. But, Pearl showed his true character as an assistant at Iowa & I’ve despised him ever since. He was perfectly...

    ***Cats vs Tide Game Thread***

Damn, that was shades of a Mark Stoops 2 min drill.

    Wynonna Judd

They were a horrible idea & the citizens made it very clear that nobody wanted them well before ground was broken. We told them in polls, posts, videos, etc. At LEAST 80% of the comments were highly negative when they first started talking about installing them. I don’t have a problem with...

    Wynonna Judd

Yes, they are Ashland legends. Ashley was 3 years ahead of me in school. The downtown square was named after them (Judd Plaza) til a few years ago when the moronic, progressive city commission decided to change it to Broadway Square. She will be doing a 2-night concert series at the Paramount...

A thought about shooting next year

I really wish we had at least one more knockdown shooter. But, I don’t think it’ll be that big of a deal next season. We have several guys who have the potential to take a leap & become a consistent shooter. And, most everyone should be at least good enough to keep defenses honest. Plus, the...

BB: what do we need for the last spot?

That’s who I was hoping for. We really need another strong post presence, on both ends, who can steal a few minutes here & there at the 5 as insurance for Kepnang. We seriously need help on the boards & another reliable shooter sure wouldn’t hurt. This team should shoot it better than last...

1995 SEC Tourney title game against Arkansas was arguably the most exciting SEC tourney game ever.

That 95 team is insanely underrated & rarely mentioned when we list the best UK teams of all time. They were 96 lite. They beat teams to death, including ranked teams. In their 28 wins, only 4 teams managed to stay within single digits, including Arkansas in the SECT championship. Leading up to...

    LeBron to Sixers

Technically, yes, he does have 4. I refuse to recognize the bubble ring, though. Oh no! I’m sure that’s gonna hurt feelings, too 😂

    LeBron to Sixers

Who’s being emotional? I’m not the one racing to white knight for LBJ, lol. It’s called emphasis so you can understand the difference between opinion & absolutes. You seemed to be struggling to separate the 2 & appeared to need some help. But, I’m probably a little snarky bc I don’t like...

    LeBron to Sixers

What a strange reply. Lecture me about ultimate authority & in the same paragraph you definitively say that every ring won is legit &…Lol. It’s my OPINION & where did I say anything about authority & that everyone must agree?! Seems like it’s you coping with my opinion more than anything else...

    LeBron to Sixers

It doesn’t matter how many he wins, he’ll never be on MJ’s level. MJ’s rings are legit, too. He didn’t have to form super teams to win championships. Today’s players are pathetic. I don’t have a problem chasing rings at the end of their careers. But, LBJ was doing it in his prime & has done it...

    OT: RIP Bonnie Tyler

This is the “literal version” of the Total Eclipse Of The Heart video. If you haven’t seen it & if you enjoy comedy, do yourself a favor & invest the 5 minutes. Freaking hilarious.

    Spears to Texas!

I never said I wanted him, lol. I also said I don’t think he’s a great in-game coach. I was just saying he can recruit. That scandal is where it all fell apart. But, everybody was doing the same thing. He just got caught. But, I don’t want him here, either. No denying the recruiting results, though.

    Spears to Texas!

Well, he did the same thing at Arizona, before NIL. They were never hurting for talent. He had 8 top 10 classes in 12 years & another class ranked #11. So, he’s at least a big part of it. The Texas $ & resources definitely help. But, Miller has recruited at a high level for a while & without the...

BB: Serbian F/C Pavle Backo zoom with Pope

This is the first thing I thought of & ever since I can’t get Darrell Hammond’s Ted Koppel impression out of my head. I just hear “Jacko is on his backo” on constant loop.
