    That is some bad analysis. Don’t know what you actually do for a living. But your logic, analysis and estimation prowess is seriously flawed. You’ve mentioned finance in the past. I hope you are not in any role where the analysis is employing capital at risk.

    The thing is there are 15 programs that are outliers. That are spending outside of the range. Ru is solidly within the range of our peers. Only thing is we are horribly performing in ROI.
