    Yea agreed about learning on the job. But this offense is not something that takes 3 years to get a grasp or mastery of. It’s a very simple offense. Nothing terribly mechanical. Other than he’s a statue. I think they tried to quiet his happy feet and he interpreted that to mean stand flat footed.

    None of the things you describe are easy or difficult. Kirk runs one of the most simplistic systems in all of football. He doesn’t even trust the qb’s to make a true RPO read. All of the reads are called from the box and are predetermined run/pass/keep.
