    Pope on roster cost

I fully believe UK has a money problem. Especially with basketball and football wanting to get to the top. One of those sports is going to lose. KY cannot afford both.

    Our road to the playoff.

I hope so, but feel like our only defense this season has been create turnovers, meaning we can't just straight up stop decent offenses. There is a lot of luck in that strategy that could run out. I kind of expect that to happen at UT but we will see.

    FB: Does Kentucky Beat Vandy?

I think so. This team knows it is on the cusp of a special season. And if I am the coaches I am pulling up the 2007 season as a reminder how quickly things can change.

Would you be satisfied with the Citrus Bowl?

Considering I thought they would win only 4 games, yes, I am good with that.

    Our road to the playoff.

I can't even think about it yet. Give me a couple more games. I still have 2007 burned into my memory. Started 6-1 that season I think before the wheels came off.

    AP Preseason Poll Out

Exhibitions don't really tell you anything. I am not even paying attention to them anymore.

So Umm with that Win, I think We've Entered the Playoff Conversation...

I thought it was going to say we entered the Twighlight Zone...lol

We are bowl eligible after 7 games lol

    This is crazy.....

Our defense is making Oklahoma look like the best offense in the country

Yeah, was afraid of this turning into a defensive battle which we would lose.

    Today has a different feel

If it ends up a defensive game, then I don’t like our chances. Offensive has to overcome their great defense.

    Pope bashers

I think UK has to finish in the top 10 at least every few years. If not this program is no longer relevant.

    Pope bashers

In any three given years, not on probation, UK should be in the top 10 at least one. So no, it is not as ridiculous as some think.

    Pope bashers

I want Pope to win so bad, for my sake and for UK. But nothing I have seen so far going into this year gives me any optimism that this year will be any better than his first here and that just isn't good enough to keep this fan base energized. UK is not going to settle for anything below 3rd in...

    FB: Does Kentucky Beat Oklahoma?

I really have no clue. I feel like we have won games in OT, when we should not have been in OT to begin with. That will bite us at some point. We have to play a complete game this weekend to win.

    Just not seeing it

You hire a coach he gets three years unless he really goes crazy like BCG. This year will decide it.
