    I think Florida, FSU, Miami and USF are in a different category due to weather. Not an apples to apples comparison. Outside of 7 football weekends (or 6 in years when the 7th home game is Thanksgiving weekend) and few students are there) State Penn is totally overhyped among the New Jersey crowd.
