Football Report: NIL payments put future of EA Sports College Football in jeopardy

EA was a big reason for the NIL deals today. Players sued them because EA used their images in the EA games without paying the players. The NCAA got the money for that . Now the players are getting the bucks and the EA might not be able to afford paying what the players want.

OT: James Madison joining the American

James Madison is a good addition for the AAC UConn proved they think they yo big in M&WBB and playing AAC teams would be a drag The truth is UConn wants cupcake home games and the AAC would expect home and home series .. A google search shows UConn Athletics isn't in bad overall financial...

good point I did a google search and the PAC is better for them. I had forgot that they had joined the PAC and based my opinion on Mountain West membership but anywho , will show that you were right to ask and I should have known better Comparison Breakdown Conference Estimated Annual Media /...

I wouldn't be surprised to see the American bring in Colorado State as the 16th team

Greg has one of the lowest win percentages of any active coach

"It's really telling as to what level of coach he is. He can never beat anyone he shouldn't." How soon you forget about the upset Schiano pulled off on Nov.9 ,2006 with Louie favored by 7 Shame on you, that was less than 20 years ago (going by today's date) !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Rutgers fans...

    Hey Al…..

It was Freddie Jr (the RU MBB HC at the time ) who was judy in disguise at a baseball game he was told to stay away from . from a google search ( adding it might not be considered a reliable way to get information) >An internal university investigation proved that former Rutgers football...

OT: Week 6 NCAA College Football Games Thread 10/6-10/10 Tues-Sat

"Deifenbach came in for Nico so I assume he’s the backup." I believe Ty will get the next start, but DJ will be the starter before the end of season , Bordeaux might take over the spot if Deifenbach has trouble moving the chains against the Badgers on Saturday

Greg has one of the lowest win percentages of any active coach

Nuts : "upsets happen!" is a phrase I used repeatedly over the years after reading negative predictions on an upcoming game. Also complained about lack of funding support , until that was said to be wrong and now just disappointed about the funds not being used intelligently after seeing some...

    Hey Al…..

Flood might have been a little better than Schiano, but it's a low bar comparison. I will add: I don't think Kyle could have built a decent team from nothing like Greg did,but maybe done a little better with the results Greg built, but not much better. Both can't be called top of the line or...

OT: Week 6 NCAA College Football Games Thread 10/6-10/10 Tues-Sat

I think the Freshman DJ Bordeaux might be the UCLA QB starter job . https://uclabruins.com/sports/football/roster/player/dj-bordeaux Ty Dieffenbach didn't show Power 4 talent last year: >was the starting quarterback at Cal Poly in 2025, throwing for 1,305 yards and nine touchdowns on...

    Hey Al…..

When I look at HCs that people say were good but never recived the support they needed to win, I always wonder why College ADs didn't see the same coaching abilities if they never landed another College HC position . At least Schiano did make the pros, but besides that failed attempt, no one...

I love waking up on a Sunday Morning after we don't lose

Waking up on the Sunday after a bye week is nice, because I'm not waking up thinking about Saturday's loss . But come Monday night the nightmares begin when dreaming about how Rutgers will be playing on Saturday, no matter who they play.
