    Anybody on here old enough to have seen Pratt and Issel play against Maravich in person ?

    I saw Pratt and Big Dan play Maravich several times on TV! Issel would get 35 and 18 rebounds and Maravich would score 50+ and 44 + attempts and never could beat UK in the 3 seasons they played!

    Yes, Cawood saying Kentucky moving left to right on your radio dial! And the fact that he also did football, Boxing, horse racing and was once offered to do the play-by-play of the Reds but turned them down because they wouldn't let him skip Saturday broadcast's during football season!

    Greatest play by play man in SEC history.

    Cawood was the best of the all-time, period, and the most versatile in that he did football, boxing, horse racing, and was offered the play-by-play broadcaster for the Reds after Al Michaels left in 1974 but turned it down because they would not allow him off on Saturdays to do UK Football games!
