Kentucky vs #19 Texas Tech Friday 10/23

Looking for a solid follow up from Mason Williams. If he plays well again, I like that Pope n squad have a dude that nobody was really planning on.

Oklahoma is not a good football team

Say it all time on here when scheduling comes up. Worst thing UK has always done is play OOC puffs too early. Playing EMU and Youngstown before SEC opponents doesn’t do anything. UL game needs to be moved back to first game of season. Bama practices against Bama all offseason. An incredible...

Outlook for the rest of the Season

We spotted LSU 6pts. One of those games, even had lsu won, UK was clearly the better team. We tried to beat ourselves and couldn’t. That’s how good this team is. “Oh lets F around against LSU and one of the best coaches in the game…” Best RB out v Oklahoma at their place! Minchey still...

This is why Will Stein said no to Cutter

CB is the only reason we scraped out any dubs last year. Kid is raw no doubt but the talent and potential is there. I don’t think folks really appreciate the staff and squad we have that most QBs don’t have. Oregon ain’t looking so hot without Stein. I know UCLA’s HC was a big loss for them...

    UK -11.5 vs. Vandy

Hard to call. They’re struggling to move the ball and score but this league is crazy. We got em at home, this fan base is as energetic as ever so Kroger field will be rocking.

Oklahoma is not a good football team

Really nice D. Unfortunately for Venables that isn’t enough in today’s game. Seems like a great dude and coach that players love but he’s got to find some points. He’s old school though like a lot of coaches in his generation, especially the defensive guys. It’s hard for them. More rigid...

    IU fan here

Kentucky IU UCLA top 10 teams in football! Not sure if that has ever happened but it might when the polls come out. Michigan and Florida winning basketball Nats… Not your pappy’s or grand pappy’s college sports scene anymore.

Question for those who are against Pope

Wait a minute, that’s exactly what all the Pope bashing is. You want him gone. Fired. You can’t say “Pope out…” then turn around and say “whoa whoa whoa I’m not in charge of hiring…” So it is a fair question to ask, who replaces him? More importantly how much time does the next guy get?

Extend our whole staff on in the tunnel after the game! Big dogs going to be trying to hire our coaches away! Phenomenal defensive game plan, play calling and execution!

    Little Rock post game thoughts

I saw more positives than negatives. MM is an elite shooter. Not a spot shooter either. Dude can score from anywhere with bodies on him. Hawthorne is raw but kid can stroke the bottom of the net. His length is nice. He wasn’t shy about shooting either. Mason Williams…wow. He will and should...

    First Takes

Williams will most likely start before season’s end. Might start next game. He may have the highest ceiling on the team. Big, strong, athletic, plays D, hustles, can score…he may be the X factor/dark horse surprise of the season. Big Chilli is an elite shooter/scorer. He will be the scouting...

SIAP: CFP expanding to 24 teams in 2027

Bowls I think get bumped to early season kick off events. Kind of like CBB had classics and invitationals. Would be great to have some CFB action in August to get hyped for the season.
