    Mine is an 8-4 or 7-5 record but tending toward the latter. I just couldn't get on board with the irrational exuberance of a mid-level Big 12 team jumping to the Big 10 and winning 9+ games.The so-called easy schedule created an unfair benchmark for Campbell with anything less than nine wins...

    When I lived in Colorado among way to many Husker fans, I had to hear all the time about the McCloskey "catch". I'd let them rant and then tell them that it just didn't matter whether or not he was called out of bounds or not because.........it was a 3rd down play, not 4th down and Nebraska...

    Actually that was the start of Freshmen orientation. Classes didn't start until Oct 3rd. We were on quarters schedule, 10 wks/qtr. Tuition, room and board was $425/qtr or $1275/year. Crazy wasn't it?
