How many wins if Stoops was still here. . .

Probably 3. We get the two OOC games plus Vandy. Maybe A&M too but that would be our best chance to get to 4 at this point in the season. But I agree with the above posts - no reason to trash Stoops. He gave us a lot of good memories and seasons. We were nearly as bad as a probation program...

Jay Wright saw what some of us saw...

Wright is done with coaching. He says so in the article - even if it was still the way it used to be. We do not need a coach who is not 100% driven for success at the highest level. That doesn’t work at Kentucky.

    Uniforms for Vanderbilt game

I’m 34. Rotating jerseys weekly and wearing black just because was huge when I started college 16 years ago. Truth be told, this is not a new trend or style.

    Uniforms for Vanderbilt game

Was hoping to leave the hideous uniform combinations of the Stoops era behind us. Blue and white are really sharp and unique. Just stick to that.

FB: Kentucky And Stein seeing recruiting benefits already?

T The staff will find room for any big time prospect that wants to come and they want to take. It’s a business now. It cuts both ways.

Stoops returning to Neyland Stadium this Saturday

Tennessee was Stoops’ kryptonite. Most games we played against them the last ~8 years of his career were an even matchup, or in our favor, and we went 2-6. The only times we were clearly outmatched were 2022 and his last two years when it fell apart.

One big difference between Stein and Stoops teams...

Yep. If Stoops had been able to put together just a top 40 offense, we routinely would’ve been a 9-10 win team. The defense was always solid. We just couldn’t consistently score.

Where does this win rank for you?

    I get the outcome of 24 and 25 spoiled it, but a lot of people here are glossing over the win against #6 Ole Miss and Kiffin two years ago. I’m 34 so I’ll go with: 1) 2007 LSU 2) 2018 Florida 3) 2007 Louisville 4) 2026 Texas A&M 5) 2016 Louisville 6) 2021 Florida 7) 2011 Tennessee (I don’t...

    UNC crap the bed again?

As a Republican, I’m currently pretty pissed at the GOP so was likely going to sit out November. However, the brilliantly executed scheme to take down UNC might get me out to vote.
