    May be, I don't know. I still stand by my thought that P4 schools should not be allowed to play any non P4 schools. This is professional football now. Players should have to play against other players who are on their same level.

    I'm not sure Taylor is great, but he is MUCH better than anything the D has faced so far, so is Miss. State. They have an actual SEC level O line and SEC caliber RBs and WRs.

    All the State alums I know are really nice, great people. I don't know many "fans", I don't live anywhere near Mississippi. It doesn't take a lot of morons on the internet to make a fan base appear to be bad.

    Their D has given up a total of 20 points in 2 games (the fumble in the end zone for a TD doesn't go against the D). That doesn't sound like a "soft" D to me. Minn. had 292 TOTAL yards, not passing yards. That said, they only had 13 rushing yards. Again, that doesn't say "soft D" to me...

    I think the fact (if it is a fact) that he hasn't been practicing says a lot more than anything Beamer can say. We are close to the point where someone needs to look Beamer in the eye and say "don't piss on my head and tell me it's raining".

    I don't know too much about Vizzina, but he could be a case of looking great in practice but not doing so well in actual games. That is not uncommon.
