    OSU Invitational 11/1/26

I had to call the ticket office to purchase my tickets this morning because the link they sent me for purchasing last night did not work nor did the tickets show up in my OSU ticket account for season ticket holder early purchase. I was only able to get GA and was told reserved seating was sold out.

Cowboy RTC and the next quad

He is weeks away from being 29 years old. He is likely past his physical prime (27-28 for athletes in most sports and likely before for wrestling). No matter how hard he works, he can’t wrestle at the same pace as Jax and Bassett. They will get there someday too.

    Oklahoma State 2nd Team Roster

The previously attached roster still listed Facundo at 174. Not 165/174 like you might expect based on others that are looking at two weights (Ronnie, Sergio, Raneys White, etc). May not mean anything.

Bo Bassett turns 20 on August 25. Does this rule apply to 2026 class?

    Ford vs Chevy vs Ferrari

“crawling out of the garage and getting into the truck’s rear passenger seat”. If it wasn’t before, his life has reached valid 30 for 30/Untold levels. I hope no one is seriously hurt or worse before the end of the story.

Five in Five - What Might That Look Like?

Where were the attorneys when seniors participating in winter and spring sports lost their last year of eligibility in 2020? Mark Hall was only allowed 3 NCAA tournaments in 3 years (2017-19) since he didn’t redshirt. Zahid lost his 4th year and a chance to be a 3X national champ. Joe Smith and...

    HS Recruiting News

Junior National Duals results of note for those that didn’t follow: Oklahoma didn’t send as strong of a team as past teams. They placed 8th. The team had just a few D1 level wrestlers, e.g., Jake Miller, Cason Craft. Rylan Sandoval went 5-0 at 106. He was injured in a match against an Ohio...

Lilledahl and Knox have priority over him.

    2026 US Open

Maybe it would be different this year. Mirasola did beat Ross 7-5 at last year's US Open, as well as 4-1 and 5-2 in the finals of the U20 WTT last May. Merrill's size seemed to be a big problem for Mirasola where it hasn't been as big of a problem for Ross.

    HS Recruiting News

It seems logical he is above 157 even. He won a CA state championship at 150 and the Doc Buchanan at 153 this year. He is still just a junior. In Flo's latest rankings he is ranked #4 at 150 behind two seniors and another Junior, Penn St commit Clinton Shepherd. Even if he is a 157 there could...

    NCAA PORTAL

I think Berge would be a solid 1-year fill-in if Ryder is out. He is a 5x HS state champ, a 3x NCAA qualifier (seeds of 9,5,13), 1x All-American, 2X U20 World medalist, several quality wins including over Jaxson Smith, Neitenbach (dominate wins 4x), McEnelly (in freestyle). Obviously, I am...

    Next Year’s Lineup '26

61 kg is not one of the 6 Olympic weights. Those that do normally wrestle 61 kg have to go 57 or 65 to make the Olympic team.

    NCAA PORTAL

@Corby2 posted on another site of a rumor of Lorenzo Norman to PSU. He also said it didn't make much sense, because.... if that turned out to be true, PSU would have at 174 and 184: 174 Lorenzo Norman - Junior 174 William Henckel - Redshirt Freshman 174/184 - Asher Cunningham - Redshirt...

    NCAA PORTAL

If OSU were in the transfer market, what are the most likely weights and who would be at play? 285- 1 year rental. Feldman would fit but some talk that PSU is interested. 184 - 1 year rental if Ryder is out after surgery and/or moves to 174 (doesn’t seem likely to me). Not sure of a difference...
