    The gouging for a place to sleep goes way beyond the hotel industry. I think they are just following the lead of PSU, which charges at least $1000 per month per student for a crappy dorm room.

    Been trying to figure out where those arrested are from. Saw that one major player and his dad (a law student and lawyer, respectively) are from Pittsburgh, but that at least six others are from NY or NJ. My point: Maybe this is the downside of accepting so many out-of-state kids that clearly...

    The actives don't own the house, so it's not their "asset". How could it be seized? That's like saying the AG can seize an apartment building, hotel, rental property, etc. if anyone is caught with drugs there.
