    As a South Carolina fan the way I looked at it (right or wrong) was like this Without Monk, UK is still an extremely good team headed to a dang good seed in the NCAA tourney. Without Thornwell, South Carolina doesn't make the NCAA tourney and is staring at 14 wins and 12th place in the SEC.
