Please don't spin this. It's not good news no matter who we get.

    Four Sixteen Team Super Conferences?

I believe that Notre Dame will come into the ACC for everything if it means keeping the conference status quo. That would keep FSU, Clemson, UNC..I could see NBC ponying up the money as part of the Notre Dame arrangement and raising the ACC rights fees.

Jay Wright talks about almost being RU Coach

Didn't we not fire Bannon right after the season because Lawrence dragged his feet? Had we done so we probably would have gotten Wright.

    Karl Hobbs to RU

I agree, but was Brandin Knight really ever in the mix? I thought he was waiting for a mid level head coaching job.

Nice letter from Coach Pikiell to Fans/Ticket Holders

You've got to be kidding me finding a negative here.

    All State team?

Are there any quality NJ kids in this class that have not yet committed elsewhere?

An interesting re-tweet from Corey Sanders

It depends on the quality of the kid. I'm not convinced he'd be back even if Eddie stayed. This is an extremely immature kid who has had issues before he got to Rutgers and at Rutgers.

    Pikiell Staff Options

The current assistant staff is a joke. He needs to clean house and get great recruiters.

    Eran Ganot (Hawaii Coach)

I hope he gets a long look. Could have huge upside.

Who are the top B1G Assistants ?

    Bacardi Alexander from Michigan.

Steve Pikiell (Stony Brook) coaches tonight ~9:30

Just one man's opinion, but I think this would be a bad hire. Having Michigan and West Virginia as a brand is much different than having Rutgers as a brand. Rutgers hoops needs someone with real charisma. I'm not saying it should be an asst., but an Ash type of personality.
