NCAA Oversight Committee rules refs screwed Western Michigan in the Michigan game

What it says is the call was correct but if they had followed proper protocols the game was over. So, technically Michigan should have lost even though there was one second left. https://www.espn.com/college-football/story/_/id/49961280/fbs-oversight-committee-says-overturn-wmu-loss

Wins? How do you cherry pick that stat. It’s wins.

BB Recruiting Four-Star G RJ Moore commits to Rutgers Basketball

He’s 71-89 in the B1G over the last 8 seasons. He’s finished .500 or better in conference 4 of the last 7 seasons. He’s finished 4th in conference (got a double bye in the B1G tournament) and hasn’t had Rutgers play the first day of the B1G tournament since his 2nd year.

BB Recruiting Four-Star G RJ Moore commits to Rutgers Basketball

Over the last forty (!!!) years here's how many seasons each Rutgers MBB head coach has won 7+ conference games: Steve Pikiell 7x Eddie Jordan 0x Mike Rice 0x Fred Hill 0x Gary Waters 3x Kevin Bannon 1x Bob Wenzel 4x Over the past two generations (!!!!) of Rutgers basketball, Steve Pikiell has...

**** all the people who think Pike can't coach

Over the last forty (!!!) years here are how many 7+ conference win seasons our MBB HCs have had: Steve Pikiell (7x) Eddie Jordan (0x) Mike Rice (0x) Fred Hill (0x) Gary Waters (3x) Kevin Bannon (1x) Bob Wenzel (4x) In the past two generations (!!!!) of Rutgers basketball Steve Pikiell has won...

    Pikell Coaching

Harper and Ace are wildly effective getting to the rim. The last three games the game plan against has clearly been getting more hands and bodies in the lane to slow them both down. Worked v. Harper in the 1H today. I don't think we should be dragging more bodies in to the paint. (IMO) All PJ...

    Pikell Coaching

Harper is shooting 51% from the floor. Bailey is shooting 46% from the floor. Are we running enough offense for our two best players to be shooting 48.9% combined from the floor (they are 136-280 combined). The rest of the team is shooting 33% from the floor. Not from 3, 33% from the floor. The...

    Pikell Coaching

We score 80 points a game and have played a pretty tough schedule relatively speaking. Offense is not this teams problem thus far.

    I agree.

    Pikell Coaching

Pike switching to full court pressure in the second half won the game. That and Dylan getting hot. Outscored SHU by 9 in 2nd half. 13-28 from the line and 11 first half turnovers are pretty tough stats to put up and win a game.

    The Truth about this team

Nationals fan. Very much helped win us a World Series title. This is blasphemy.

    The Truth about this team

Pike tried to get four or five Centers but all were out of the $$$$ range. The choice doesn't appear to have been Cliff or Ogbole, Bradshaw or Ogbole, Onyesso or Ogbole, Supreme Cook or Ogbole, etc. Those guys, according to reports, went for over $500k each. It appears the choice was Ace and...

    The Truth about this team

I disagree but I would phrase it a bit differently. Cliff was an adequate on ball defender in the post and a plus, plus off ball defensive player. Cliff was as All- B1G defensive player (as both a Junior and Senior) because he changed a remarkable amount of shots at the rim due to his...

    Watching Alabama Purdue

I understand the sentiment and probably agree, but Dylan is shooting .575 FG% because he is getting to the rim at will. If Cliff is in the game those shots at the rim are much more contested. Versus Monmouth and Wagner who cares. Versus Purdue and UCLA (later) who knows the impact of much more...
