OT: Week 6 NCAA College Football Games Thread 10/6-10/10 Tues-Sat

Watched the whole game as my son went to Purdue. Their defense was bad the first 4 games but has been improved since. And their running back (Ijeboi) was a beast tonight. Their schedule isn’t too tough the rest of the way except for IU-they have a chance to win some more games.

The Biggest Difference between Rutgers and Indiana is NIL

They would've beaten Penn State on my high school field, which would've been ironic given NW was running the Wing T (just like an old HS rival Lenape Valley).

The Biggest Difference between Rutgers and Indiana is NIL

A big part of IU's success the previous two seasons was contributions from the JMU guys (Fisher, Ponds, Saratt, Black) and last year they got Mendoza, who was not in the top 25 of NIL $. Cig got the right players to make the team competitive in the first year, then used that success to help get...

    OT: NY Rangers 2026-2027 Thread

Excited to see all the new faces and what appears on paper to be an improved D. If they can keep games low-scoring they should do OK.

Football Everything Curt Cignetti said ahead of the Indiana / Rutgers game

Coach Cig seems more salty than usual. A close win in a sloppy game vs NW might be the worst thing for Rutgers as he'll have IU ready.

Yes they did-the scene where Dirty Harry shoots the villain in the leg while he’s standing at midfield.

OT: It’s Official, Professional Hockey (ECHL) is Coming Back to Trenton

Used to go to Titans games-met Dave "The Hammer" Schultz and Bernie Parent during pre-game events. The ECHL works well in the right markets. My oldest lives walking distance to the Cincinnati Cyclones arena and those games are consistently packed. If Trenton runs promotions like $3 beer night...

    Cignetti’s formula won’t last

My son is a freshman at IU, so I watched almost every game this year. When they played Illinois they sacked Altmyer 9 times. When Cignetti was asked why they were so successful with pressure, he responded "We saw some stuff on film from the Duke game and knew we could get to him." Same thing...

    Rutgers Ohio State Prediction Thread

RU has a chance to keep this one competitive if AK is on-however Greg-coached teams have been notoriously bad in these spots. OSU only beat Purdue (a team RU is better than in almost every area) 34-10. If it's much worse than that there needs to be a lot of consideration given to Schiano's...
