    Quinton Martin Sr apology post

My brother in law coached at a D-2 school and a local high school. He always said coaching would be great if it wasn't for the parents.

The ONE Play That Defines the New Matt Campbell Era

100 percent. How this team responds to adversity will define it. Some former old coach used to say that all the time.

    Possible changes

God no Lando. Roberson's second half was putrid. Hard to believe a 2nd string QB could play that bad.

BGJ (Big Game James) replaced with DMC (Door Matt Campbell)

No third grade humor here even though that maybe our true level. I meant to say word.

Bob. I thought I would put my PSU education to work and pull out a really big world to impress youse guys.

I try to be pragmatic about any coach's first year. I think it is difficult to go from one conference to another, getting comfortable, etc etc. Cael Sanderson, Cignetti are exceptions. I believe it was year 3 when Saban started to hit his stride at Alabama. Utah under Wittingham blew...

BGJ (Big Game James) replaced with DMC (Door Matt Campbell)

That's a little dramatic Marshall , but funny. Most relatively sane people, which excludes most of us, didn't have National Championship hopes. Why? The depletion of the roster and totally lost recruiting class. That was a disaster of epic proportions. It was handled poorly. I do agree...

BGJ (Big Game James) replaced with DMC (Door Matt Campbell)

The thing about that Northwestern game last year was the lack of discipline especially on defense.. There were several personal foul penalties in the first half on 3rd down that extended NW drives that they eventually scored. The defense had them stopped and committed the penalties. Kept...

    Tengwall & Buchignani Wisky recap

How many times have we seen a team play poorly one week and play like the best team on earth the next week.

    Tengwall & Buchignani Wisky recap

Stick our tail between our legs, throw the white flag up, and surrender unconditionally. Yeah that's what we should do. Quit. Seasons over. Lets see if this team and coaching staff has some balls, and get better. They got a rude welcome to the Big Ten where the game is 60 minutes long and...

FC/OT: New York Times 100 Best TV Shows of 21st Century.

IMHO The Wire is Homicide Life on the Streets uncensored and darker. Schitts Creek is so unfunny. It tried to be cute, but was so stupid and contrived that I forgot to laugh. .

Not trying to overlook our issues, but the law of averages were against us. We have not lost to Wisky since 2011. In a few of those games Wiscy was favored to beat us. Think 2012, 2013. And 2016. When you can't close the deal, you get bitten in the ***. Let us see how Campbell's team...

We can agree on that. Kraft really screwed the pooch on the coaching search. Kind of like the Keystone Cops. I would like to see him ' move on'. Yesterday was one of those desultory games. Reminded me of the Iowa 2009 game

Not panicking yet. Extremely disappointed. Too many missed opportunities. Brecht was awful all game. We will find out how good of a coach Campbell is.
