    This. Peope do not realize how expensive flying was back in the day. Big airlines make very little money on economy tickets. They operate most flights at cost. By the time they pay for fuel, staff, plane upkeep, and leasing the terminals there is very little money they are making.

    Why I like the B1G so much

    We are in the Power 2. That's what I'm happy about if we were still in the XII there isn't a snowball's chance in hell we'd be getting a B1G invite today. No AAU status and irrelevant in every men's sport the last decade. Thank God TO and Harvey made the move when they did.

    We've certainly had some bad ones. Chins was awful other than the year he had a bunch of Covid seniors and then they were just OK. Diaco was a joke and got Riley fired. Banker was average. Papuchis got torched. Last good DC we had was Carl Pelini and he was a libertine to say the least.

    Not gonna happen anytime soon imo. The B1G has also vetted Texas, Kansas, Mizzou, and Texas A&M. The B1G is taking on a huge task integrating USC and UCLA into the conference the logistics alone are a huge undertaking. UW and UO are begging for invites but I don't see expansion happening soon...

    In that case. San Diego. Weather, Theme Parks, Restaurants, Zoo, Hiking, Beach, Museums. That would be number 1 recommendation. NYC. Tons of sightseeing and NYC still has an energy that is really unmatched anywhere in the country.

    If you're looking for fun cities to party in. . Atlanta is really underrated in my opinion. Miami is what LA was 20 years ago. Austin Phoenix and Nashville are all great party towns too.
