    Anyone that has worked directly with multiple Olympians and Olympic medal winners is a good hire. He will definitely help with the conditioning and strength programs. Sounds like he has a lot of knowledge in the nutrient part as well.

    You ever met Austin? He would be a great coach; he already helps in coaching and does very well with the younger kids. Kid gets a bad rep for the intensity he brings to the mat. Off the mat he's a completely different person. Desanto would make a great coach when hes ready for that part of life.

    Very likely??? I definitely wouldn't say being a 5xer is very likely. The opportunity is now there for every athlete. But still terrible odds and far from likely.

    Alot of the major programs have a specific "uber like program" where athletes call for rides from bars and events etc. Not sure if Iowa has the same set up, from my understand its usually paid for by boosters or such to prevent these situations. Not sure if it's open to all athletes or just...

    I would consider 195 around 200?? HaHa, but yes he's somewhere in that ballpark.

    He is around 200 currently; it will work out well Joey at 74. Falls right in when Gabe is done and don't see Ferrari ever putting the mass on that AJ did, so he will more than likely be a lifer 84. Joey has to be about out of growth spurts, he's hit one every year in HS.

    Rocky embarrassed Mo, For the short amount of time he actually wrestled, he only wrestled couple actual AA guys. and one Embarrassed him. 3\4 in big ten realistically, NCCA's 6/8.
