I also wanted to add this because many people are severely underestimating the crime committed in 2020. The idea that Iran situation hurts Republicans in the midterms is a joke pushed by CNN analysts who still think the 2020 election was secure. The Democrats are walking into a woodchipper. The RICO case being built around the 2020 Election Fraud isn't just a legal proceeding; it's a structural demolition.

The US Intelligence have spent the last 18+ months mapping the digital ballot trafficking, the NGO funding streams, and the coordinated state-level subversion. They aren't going to indict a few low-level operatives; they are going to drop RICO charges on the entire DNC infrastructure, naming specific congressional members and state officials as co-conspirators in an ongoing criminal enterprise.

People are still stuck in old 3d thinking. This **** is going one way. The New Republic is not up for debate, discussion, or voting. It's going to come regardless. That is not up in the air.

RICO requires at least two acts of racketeering within a ten-year window. The syndicate has committed dozens. Coordinated ballot harvesting (fraud), FISA abuse and lawfare against political opponents (obstruction of justice), Ukraine aid laundering (money laundering), and state-sponsored censorship via tech cutouts (conspiracy to deprive civil rights). These aren't isolated incidents; they are the operational business model of the enterprise.

And one of the lead agents on the case, William Barnett, had concluded he had seen no evidence of Russian collusion and wanted off the case because the investigation had become a bad game of Clue. And despite all that, the FBI still opened Oxferd Comma and used it as part of a campaign to get Special Counsel Robert Mueller appointed.

Remarkably, the man who knew the real reason why Comey was fired for violating DOJ policy in the Clinton probe — then-Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein — allowed the case to go forward and authorized Mueller’s appointment.

White House just declassified files showing Deep State operatives may have run a criminal conspiracy to crush Trump’s civil rights, according to John Solomon.

FBI opened a full criminal probe treating Trump as a Russian agent simply for firing Comey. Codename: Oxford Comma. Goal? Force Mueller in.

Rosenstein green-lit the whole thing knowing exactly why Comey was gone.

Russia collusion was always a fraud. Time for consequences.

TIMING MATTERS: Five Months BEFORE the FBI opened a criminal probe in May 2017 targeting @POTUS as a potential Russian asset after he fired @Comey

FBI investigators already KNEW by January 2017 there were "serious questions about the reliability of the Steele (dossier) reporting..." according to DOJ watchdog Michael Horowitz.

The flawed Steele dossier underpinned the Russia collusion allegations.

The newly declassified 2017 FBI record @WhiteHouse also stands out because it cites "multiple open source reports" as justification.

One of the most concerning elements of the FBI Russia collusion probes was "circular reporting" Here's how it works:

FBI officials (or their proxies) would leak information to a reporter, who would then publish the leak.

The same FBI officials would then cite the resulting media story to justify further investigative actions — including surveillance warrants for a former Trump campaign aide.

Internal DOJ investigations would conclude Comey was fired for a number of reasons, including his mishandling of the Clinton case which violated "long-standing department practice and protocol.”

New revelations about the FBI pulling out all the stops to try to destroy the Trump 45 Administration just keep on coming.

Now we learn that in 2017 they started Operation MARCH TOLL targeting former AG Jeff Sessions. Few men are as upstanding as Jeff Sessions but as part of the Russiagate Hoax, even he could be targeted by his own FBI subordinates.

This is likely why Sessions recused himself from Russiagate, paving the way for Rosenstein to appoint Robert Mueller Special Counsel, a man who would be exposed as senile when he went before Congress. Instead, his smear operation was really run by Andrew Weissmann, a deadly partisan schemer veteran of many lawless actions including destroying Arthur Andersen and thousands of jobs.

So the maneuver worked. Sessions would never have authorized a Special Counsel aimed at Trump for the stupid Russiagate Hoax, so they created MARCH TOLL to put Sessions in jeopardy himself, so they could argue to him that he was self interested and therefore needed to recuse (step aside from the investigation).

They have schemes within schemes.

Imagine the professional thrill of being named Attorney General and then being told almost immediately — about a month after being confirmed — that you should be investigated by your own Department. And then by May 10, 2017, you are under such an investigation.

Why call it MARCH TOLL? My working theory is that that is a reference to the month when Sessions decided to recuse. March 2017 is also when Senators Leahy and Franken argued Sessions was somehow compromised by Russia.

Why a “Toll”? Could be that the investigation was the penalty for recusing. Or it could have been the penalty Leahy and Franken helped unleash on their former ostensible brother in the Senate. Or both.

Whatever the reason for the name, Sessions didn’t do anything wrong, MARCH TOLL was eventually closed, its purpose satisfied: getting an unobstructed ball rolling in the Russiagate area against Trump.

Sidelining an AG was the means to that end.

That’s important, because now he can be called to testify before Congress in coordination with republicans and give “evidence” that can be submitted on the record for the American people to see.

Pam Bondi was Florida AG all through the time that Jeff Sessions served as Attorney General for Trump.

Anybody remember what Sessions did as AG?

He launched not “one,” but “two” secret investigations using Special Prosecutors assisting Inspector General Horowitz.

The first one was Huber, who was revealed in Congressional testimony, AFTER he had ALREADY been investigating for many months.
He was investigating many “conspiracies” involving the Clintons and the Obama administration’s corruption.

Huber handed off some of those investigations to Durham, who was also in the public realm and appointed by AG Barr, to look into the framing of Trump for Russian collusion.

Everyone assumes that both of those Special prosecutors are no longer serving in any capacity behind the scenes.

That’s a mistake.

I believe they have been assisting another “secret” prosecutor that Sessions appointed.

Why Florida?

Two good reasons.

Trump lives in Mar A Lago and can keep up to date on the investigations.
It also helped keep the investigations under the radar through his first term and while Biden was president.

Bondi was also the AG of Florida at the time, so Quinones could also keep her up to speed on the investigations.
That would prepare her for appointment as Attorney General.

Quinones became assistant attorney in Florida in 2018, before Sessions resigned.

Coincidence?

Before that he worked as a national security official in the Department of Justice’s National Security Division.
I believe that’s where he was gathering a lot of evidence on the ongoing investigations.

He is also is an active member of the Judge Advocate General's Corps (JAG) as a Colonel in the U.S. Air Force Reserve.

That makes him a “bridge” between the civilian and military investigations.

And here’s something else I don’t think a lot of people know about Jason Quinones.

Trump appointed Barr as AG.

Barr tasked Durham to investigate the FBI and DOJ involvement in framing Trump for Russian collusion.
Durham found there was no legal predicate to open a counterintelligence investigation against Trump.
All the evidence was fabricated.

Barr flipped the public narrative and placed the Obama administration under investigation.

Barr also ended the Mueller investigation and “prevented” Andrew Weissman from indicting Trump’s kids, in order to prevent Trump from declassifying all the evidence of treason.

Barr removed the Andrew Weissman indictments of Trump’s children based on “false pretenses.”

Weissman now has a sealed indictment with his name on it.

Barr also prevented any obstruction of justice charges because there was no evidence.

Comey was fired and that was supposed to be the basis for impeachment and obstruction of justice charges against Trump.

Comey and McCabe were conspiring to get a Special Counsel appointed to investigate Trump.

But Trump ALREADY knew their plans.
Trump called Sessions and Rosenstein to a meeting and said he was going to fire Comey and then he asked Rosenstein to draft a memo “recommending” Comey’s removal.

Rosenstein got played.

Why didn’t Trump ask Sessions for the recommendation, since he was in charge of the DOJ?

Because Sessions was recused from the Russian investigation and the entire media narrative at the time, was that Trump was going to fire Comey “because” of the Russian investigation.

Trump purposely played into that narrative by asking Rosenstein for the recommendation instead of Sessions.

Rosenstein then went through a detailed list of why Comey should be fired, based on the Inspector General’s report on Comey’s failures in the Hillary illegal server investigation.
But he avoided Comey’s involvement in the Russian investigation.

Rosenstein’s first draft personally recommended that Comey be fired.
Then he removed that part, to set up cause for a Special Counsel investigation.

Trump immediately touted Rosenstein’s recommendation to get it into the narrative.
The number two man at the DOJ, who was in charge of the Russian investigation because of Sessions recusal, just recommended firing Comey.

So when Trump did fire Comey, that removed any possibility of “obstruction of justice” charges against Trump.

Checkmate!

Trump knew that Rosenstein would appoint Mueller as Special Counsel.
