If UK doesn't blast the SEC commish, they should be fired. They drug this out till he felt like he had to go somewhere or else there would be nowhere to go.
It's not going to happen but he's a lame duck coach at this point. The worst thing would be 20-12 a 5 seed and sneaks into sweet 16.

Nothing to do with him being from the SEC just that he didn't enter the portal in the spring. Aberdeen is still eligible and gonna play, he entered the portal on time. However this is an example of interleague team switching that's allowed.

A Sweet 16 should never be the determining factor for a UK coach. That's basically 1 win against a team that can't play dead and 1 win versus an average team.
