Getting married soon what advice do you have for adding stuff to the wedding registry that's actually practical. I already have most of the major tools ( Miter saw, drill, driver, impacts, wrenches, and skill saw.) (I dont need a lawnmower) Or what other things do you wish you had added to your list?

Gravy boat shaped like a Zamboni, or if you live in NJ, I would also accept this penalty box butter dish:

I'm going to assume that inside the house, you view anything having to do with the kitchen as not practical (at least for you), otherwise I'd put stuff like really good knives, a dough maker/bread machine, a good espresso machine, proper Guinness pint glasses, and an electric ice cream maker on that list.

But if you really want to go "off the board" and had a bunch of friends who wanted to go in on something collectively, I have your answer:

Sure, you have to build it yourself, but if I can do it, so can you, especially given your apparent tool set. Though you will need to hard wire it to your house. But seriously, it's a no brainer, for health, relaxation, and mischief.

Sorry should have added clarification we both already have our own homes so most of the kitchen stuff and other home stuff is covered. But the sauna is bad ***!!

Good knives is a solid selection (not a block. A really good chef's or santuko knife like Shun).

Bar things:
A good cocktail set
Specialty drink glasses (glencarins, Nick and Nora's, etc)
Clear ice molds
Cocktail smoker
Cocktail recipe books

Actually decent outdoor Bluetooth speakers if you entertain frequently.

I tried to register for the thank you cards, but the future Mrs. Gester got mad at me.

I thought it was super practical.

What ages are you and are you both well established?

If you are old and/or well established you can probably pass on the dishes or silverware type stuff.

Ask for a good KitchenAid stand mixer and get the cool attachments.

If you have a house - good patio furniture.

A Nobel Prize.

@JWolf74, a self-described doctor (DO, not MD) claimed more than two sexes had been discovered, but, when questioned, could provide no proof for such a substantial claim.

Can you believe a Winterset boy is so full of ****?

He's a regular Jimmy Talarico!

What's the WInterset of Tejas?

I'm early 30's and she's Late 20's we both are well established, She's real into baking and everything so she already has the KitchenAid but the Patio furniture is a solid one! Thank you!!

You don't get to choose items for the registry, that's for your wife,... Get used to it.

If she doesn't have them, get all the attachments - meat grinder, pasta roller, ice cream maker...
