I have worked for the same employer for the last 22 years. Today I got an email that I need to complete a "new or updated" I-9 form before September 30. Huh?

What do you suppose happens if I don't do the new form? Part of me wants to call their bluff but I do like my job and dance/volleyball are expensive.

1. Post your SSN and DOB here so we can cross reference our records to make sure you're good.
2. They are going to purge the voter rolls. Anyone who doesn't comply will be purged.

I don't think I've ever had to fill one out, at least I don't remember ever filling one out but I've only worked for 2 companies in the last 34 years.
