Your post makes you sound like you’re in favor of Joe Paterno and he did nothing wrong. You should probably read more into the case and understand he knew what Sandusky was doing.

Penn State should have gotten the death penalty. They let that **** go on for a long time because Joe Paterno wouldn’t do anything about it.

I'm not a Paterno worshipper (I went to Cal, not PSU), nor do I feel that he "did nothing wrong." He probably should have gone straight to the State College Police Department instead of simply relaying Mike McQueary's report of the shower incident to then-AD Tim Curley. But I feel that his very large name and image made him a target for a whole lot more attention and blame than his actions or omissions merited. You suggest in your post that you are very knowledgeable concerning this matter. Feel free to dispense some pearls of your wisdom on the subject.
