Spreading it out like Diddy out there today
Patterson ran pretty good too glad to see that. Carter was pretty good as well.
Defense is only concern. The two CBs back next week should help
9 ... so far !!

4 of 16 from field goals? Geeze. Glad he is the backup and also glad he made that kick.
Backup kicker has looked fine. Nothing challenging, obviously. 6/6 XPs and a chipshot FG. Good on KOs too.
I like the honesty from charlie ...guy asked him what he remembers from the title runs while he was at florida in 2006. He simply said we had really good players and that's why we were able to win.
After staying pretty clean through 3 quarters we been getting pegged for some big penalties in the 4th.
"Hell, Jesus Christ couldn't win without talent !!"
--- Johnny Orr, after all big win at Iowa State in basketball
Not sure if it was vanilla game plan or just a frisky opposing QB, but the D def needs to pick it up a bit. That QB made things look too easy for comfort at times. But overall this was a very solid week 1 for Stein and the Cats. Offense has potential for sure.
This one belongs to the Cats ... !!
492 total yards most in an opener since 2021…
Over 500 yards on offense. That's pretty good.
Took Stoops nearly a decade to do what Stein has done in year one in an opener on O.
Sure glad we’re in a new era. Onto Alabama next week ought to be very interesting.

No, AL is coming here.
If you weren’t impressed today, you need recalibration. That was a very satisfying performance.
The Stein era is off to a great start 45-13 win. Way to go Coach!
39-2-1 is what Alabama is against us. Time for them to take loss #3 next week in Lexington Kentucky!!!!!

This ain't your daddy's Kentucky football team, and Nick Saban isn't marching his juggernaut into Lexington next week. I'm excited to see what we can do.
Maybe if you kick and scream, you’ll feel better about Kentucky kicking a** and taking names in not only basketball but football now too!
Your tears are delicious!
I really wish we would stop playing the Youngstown States of the world. Just makes for a boring game when it it this lopsided. You play one game per week. Make it against better competition.
That was nice, I missed the second half and just watched that TD.
No, with our schedule we need to play teams where we can tune up. Bama is next week.
If we beat Bama by 30 that would suck since it would be lopsided..
Georgia plas Tennessee State.
Tennessee is playing Furmon
Texas is playing Texas State.
I could go on..
I like the way Carter ran the ball. He was patient and had some good looking runs.
Be careful what you ask for. It's coming. Enjoy the cupcakes when you can.
I like Skinner too. Looks versatile. It’s going to be a hard year to get some wins, but I feel good about the young talent on this team. We could build something now.
Alabama still has a lot of dudes, but their coaching is a little suspect. I don't expect to win, but I think it's not outside the realm of possibility that we can make it close and put the football world on notice that Kentucky football is on the ascension.
