Probably the best first game I've seen since Bear's first game. That was a hoot though, after the game the dean gave us alumni oranges

Impressed with skinner and overall offense little concerned about secondary even though we were missing both starting CB. Huge test next week get healthy and give Bama everything they want and then some.

I thought they look pretty good. Offense you can tell is different than under Stoops. Play calling is definitely different.
They'll have to play better on defense or you're going to give Alabama 30 points.

Coach Stein is known for his offense. I would expect the defense to be slower to develop.
Let me add that given the weather, I am impressed by the conditioning of the team.
Credit to Stoops last recruiting class. Jean and McMillian today showed they can play.
We need some help in the secondary. Just wide open dudes all over the place. Thankfully I think we have 2 CBs coming back next week. And our kicker. I'd love to bring Alabama down to the wire if not win outright. Not likely, but a 17% chance per ESPN!

I think the offense is very solid
Jury still out on the defense
Not sure we can stop SEC teams well enough to outscore them, but I am hopeful getting starting corners back will make a noticeable difference.
We were disciplined, played hard, seemed well-conditioned and well-coached. I thought it was an excellent debut for both players and staff.
Next week will be a huge challenge and an interesting game to see where we are.
It will be FUN looking forward to it all week.
