SEC Meeting Thursday to Vote to Kick out LSU

Waste of time. It will never happen.
LSU and the SEC are playing a game of chicken at this point. Not sure why LSU keeps playing though, they railroaded Clemson without even needing the NFL guys. Are they really worth all this?
I’m sure a tactic to keep LSU in line until next year. SEC will have a firm plan in place.
I really don't see the difference in these two players and Alex Afari. They didn't play in the NFL.

This is a bad play by the league. The fallout after the SEC loses will be epic. Every school is gonna green light their athletic dept to do it.
LSU won't get kicked out but shots have been fired by everyone not named LSU inside the SEC.
This is stupid. The NCAA and all the conferences have nobody to blame but themselves. Schools will sell their souls to win. LSU was just more aggressive doing so.

LSU is smart for pushing this hard. This is like Cal's one and done approach on steroids.
Are the recruits angry at them? Do winning programs give two ***** what their rivals think about anything?
Tough position for the SEC, if they do nothing and LSU adds pro players everyone else will want to follow suit. If they attempt to punish LSU and even boot them from the league, and lose the lawsuit, seems like it's open season on pro players (and who knows what else). But if they win and go so far as to boot LSU, is the SEC better off in the long run? Presumably LSU goes independent or joins the Big 12 shortly after and the SEC adds someone, UNC maybe, to get back to an even number of teams.
Curious if Will Wade and the basketball program are named anywhere in this lawsuit?

This is so stupid and makes the SEC look awful. The phony sanctimonious crap needs to stop with the NCAA.
"Professional" means you get paid to do something. We are now paying college players more than most pro's make. This whole situation is idiotic.

Kick LSU and add Miami or FSU.
Clemson doesn't fit. Why allow UNC in a real conference? Virginia is a boring school. Miami and FSU have the best brands to join. Most exciting programs imo.

Almost seems like the SEC wants to force LSU to dump Kiffin in return for being allowed to stay.
