And let me add, I'm no Commie, but not putting the letters RUS next to Russian tennis players names on the score is one of the weakest attempts at penalizing Putin that I can possibly imagine. What an absolute joke that the tennis federation does that.

My goodness, the number one women's player in the world is from Russia, but you wouldn't know it from the score.
And what the heck did she do?

Totally agree. Did you see that LSU Women's Basketball thrread? Pretty much the same thing. Some think you should be punished just because you were born somewhere. Pathetic. They have been doing that for a while. I rememer them blacking Medvedev's name out when the war first started. Is it ESPN or is it the USTA?

Modern techniques , equipment, training, diet , etc. Gun to jead I likely pick Nadal in a peak v peak match up but wouldn't bet it.

My other dream match would be Sampras , Novak, and Roger play each other on the 90s fast Wimbledon grass. Thats a toss up too got no clue. Gun to head I take Sampras on tbe old grass. Current grass Novak wins he had Rogers number the slower speed negates Sampras advantage.

Alcaraz will be the next 20 major winner if some young guys don’t come up soon who can consistently play at his level. Zverev seems to have taken the next step, but I don’t think he can consistently beat him still.

If Carlos improves his serve, and I'd bet he will, everybody else will be playing for second for a few years.

She held the # 1 spot for 99 weeks and then lost it.......to the same girl that also beat her to win it all. Brutal.

Can't wait for Shelton vs. Zverev. Big Hitters. Could be all tie breakers.

Maybe it'll be different next year but, for now, it looks like Zverev is just a much better player than Shelton.
