Makes you wonder how often shizz like this has happened at other labs over the years. New York State Police still won't test the DNA on a crime that happened in Ovid, New York in 1985. Corruption all over the place. Lord Jesus come quickly.

A prosecutor that gets a conviction on a case has “won” the case. Outside of just being competitive and wanting to be good at your job a higher “win percentage” makes a lawyer look better when going up for a performance review/promotion/raise/a job at a bigger firm.

I wouldn’t think so but I’m not talking about “bonuses”. I’m talking about kickbacks/payoffs. I’m not sure why that would be unbelievable. Prosecutors are human and can be just as dirty as anyone else. Especially those trying to make a name for themselves.

This crap happens more than anyone realizes! Even here in KY we got corruption. My lawyer (Cousin Elmer Davis) is suing the Jackson County sheriff's dept over using CHINESE made breathalyzers! They busted me with it and claim I blew a 1.6 but we're arguring it uses Chinese measurements and I only had a BAC of 1.2 in AMERICAN perfectly legal to drive.

Is my reading comprehension not working? To me, this sounds like she was trying to get sex offenders off.

From the article-"Investigators alleged that Woods deleted some findings of what are called "specific values" in more than 30 sexual assault cases. She was accused of submitting reports that said no male DNA was found when there was, in fact, male DNA or possible contamination that should have been retested."
