I need Pickens and McLaurin to have monster games and for McCaffery to do his thing. Just need Lock to move the ball enough to get FG’s the rest of the night.

I have AJB in my two main leagues. No Bueno.

At the same time, **** the Pats. They aint winning anything if AJB isnt 100%. Seattle is winning with Drew Locke and about 600 penalty yards.

@LineSkiCat14 the last year I played fantasy my WR core was Megatron/Vincent Jackson/Antonio Brown. I picked up brown in like the 11th round because he was still fairly unknown and Megatron put up that 1964 yard campaign(348 points), Jackson had 1384/8TD, and Brown had about 130ish points if I remember correctly. I also drafted Romo as my QB and he put up around 275ish for an 8th round pickup. Frank Gore and Lesean McCoy paced my backfield. I went WR obviously first 2 rounds. Then RB RB. They were around 8/13th in points so I worked out well. I dominated that year. Megatron got 20 a week every game it seemed.

WTF is up with quoting not working half the time on this forum now?

Anyways. Yeah I think Drake Maye is decent. I like him, seems like a good dude. But the Pats are just vastly overrated as a whole. They got a backup QB, about 100 more yards in penalties on the road, lots of crappy calls, guys out in the Seattle secondary, and they still couldn't win.

As for our league, neither Rhamondre or Price did a whole lot, but the defenses were tough, and losing offensive pieces on either side didnt help. I'm happy with how Price ran.. but hes gotta keep doing it before Charbs comes back. Hes gotta prove hes a worthy bellcow (which I think he is). Rhamondre did well considering Seattle's insane defense. I like them both going forward based off last night.

Rams are absolutely dummys for thinking they could just do a 15 hour flight and change like 8 timezones 24 hours before kick off. I dont know what they were thinking.
All those points and after the first quarter they stopped throwing to Kittle and couldn’t get McCaffery a TD. 5 attempts in a quarter or so and nothing else the rest of the game. At least my pickup of Deebo seems ok. He’s looks good back with the 49ers.

I think Kittle is still working back. The talk all week was rhat even if he played, expect him to be on a snap count/decoy role.

CMC'a workload last night has to make his owners feel uneasy. I think Black is going to take some workload off him. San Fran has to be thinking "we just beat the superbowl Rams, were only going to have CMC for another year or two, lets keep him healthy for playoffs"

Yup, well now Brown is on the IR so I’m down my WR1 for the next 4 weeks. Fantasy already imploding for me! McLaurin/Pickens/and now I need Godwin to get back to his pre 2024 self. He at least is the WR1 for sure now for Baker. Thankfully Samuel appears to be back to his usual consistent 49ers self. He could save me too.

Yeah McLaurin only got 3 targets the whole game ugh. I need Pickens to have 90 yards and 2 TD’s to have a shot tonight. My defense coming in strong with -2. AB getting hurt/Mclaurin no show, no Kittles targets. All killed me.

I was about to say I'm nervous because Pickens could easily go off and get 20+

Another good thing for Pickens is new yorks entire secondary seems to be out. Two or three of them.

If Waddle can get me 9 points tomorrow I will pull out a win. I have no extra motivation to beat Mike since I don't know him. However, since my draft was graded an F with a projection of winning only one game and with a description of what a horrible fantasy football player I was it would feel a little better than normal to win this first one with the highest score in the league.

Did the yahoo results talk trash to you too?🤣
Mine was like I had the worst pick of the entire draft and projected to finish almost last with a F grade. I was like damn it's not that bad.

That’s why I said those things are stupid. Injuries and week to week matchups determine winners. You can never tell who will get the ball outside your top 25 players in the league usually.

I love these days. Even when it's a loss I find something to watch and keep up with. I miss the old Sportscenter with it's highlights. Won 2 and lost 1 plus knocked out in a Survivor league(picked the Chargers). On to next week.
