Where is the Alex Wilkins that we saw dominate UConn in the NCAAT? We apparently got his evil twin… Jasper Johnson-Wilkins.
***** OFFICIAL Little Rock vs UK GAME THREAD*****

This team looks like a Billy Gillespie team in terms of talent level. Pope inability to get top players to come play for him will be the final chapter in his story as UKs coach.
We look about as bad as any UK team I've seen in an exhibition
Texas Tech will destroy us in that next exhibition if we play anything like this.
I may be the only one but I don’t see any change in MM. no passion, no athleticism, no explosiveness.
Oh man it really is. If that comes to fruition we will be a .500 team. We have to run offense because whatever this is, isn’t basketball.
Pope looks completely out of it. The joy in his eyes looks gone
Hawthorne is raw like a baby deer but at least the effort is there.
Zoom plays like the game moves too fast for him. Bull in a china shop kind of guard. Idk what the hell Wilkins is doing tonight. McBride appears to be a lumbering catch and shoot guy and that’s it. No hops and can’t create space.

it’s only game 1, but this game does not make me excited for the season.
Right after Pope saying, “There will be nights when he plays like the best player in the country!”Wilkins
Wait.. we have 13 turnovers against Little Rock?
Starting to really like B. Hawthorne. Kid plays hard, could be a very good defender someday if he keeps working.
Williams knows how to play at least.
Diallo just dribbled it off his foot then let them score on the other end
Remember; the Georgetown game was “just an exhibition”.
Issue is one was brought in as an elite PG, the other wasn’t. Diallo isn’t anything close to an elite PG. He kinda sucks.
This team does remind me of the 12-13 team. We have no real PG and Wilkins is basically like Goodwin was that year. He took so many bad shots and Cal just kept yelling at him to take it to the rim.
You’re not the only one. I just don’t see the fascination.
Our back court is ughh. I know they are better than this, but if they run the team like tonight… play Williams. He plays the game.
You have to remember he’s the same dude that struggled in at least a handful of games vs CAA teams. Hes fine when he makes shots. When he doesn’t, well…
His joy is cashing checks. Thats it.
You guys aren't tired of not having top talent? Every year with Pope is like this.
