moment of silence during World Series was an onion slicer. Every fan, coach, player, umpire, groundskeeper, etc held up a placard with the name of someone in their life who had dealt with cancer. Very touching moment, as we can all relate.

yes, we can all relate....and, I can relate personally as well. Grateful to have beat it.....for now. Unfortunately, even though the doctors said I "beat it,,,," I am not sure I will ever stop wondering if/when it will return......Still, I am so very grateful to be able to continue to live and work for the things that I am passionate about.....every day is a gift.
