No idea where Stansbury is, but I've seen his stall.
I'm getting the feeling that we're going to have a rude awakening when the SEC schedule starts.
I don’t care how good of defense we play. If we can’t score points, we’re not going to win many SEC games.
Three of Nicholls’ five wins this year are against non-NCAA schools. We’d better wake up or we’re going to get tagged with an embarrassing loss.
You’ll get blasted on here for saying that. It’s a real problem.
I'm watching the rest of the league in preseason play and several SEC teams are going to beat the crap out of us starting with Alabama. They are so athletic. They are gonna run us out of the Coliseum.
You can blast away with their backup players on the bench score better than our starters
At Alabama is going to look like the 2004 at Alabama except both halves will be like the first half.
People who hate the Air Raid and want us to pound the ball up the middle should love this type of basketball.
Said it in the Jackson State thread. This team can’t expect to hold SEC teams to 55 points it is just not gonna happen. And I don’t think we have the capability of scoring in the 70s at all. The path to 9-9 could be brutal.
The offense is consistent. The bigger concern is that the defense has dropped off these past two games. The fact Nicholls scored 30 in the first half is BAD.
I'm not questioning how tough we are we playing defense like crazy but doesn't do any good if you can't put the ball in the hoop. I hope we can come up with something but we need to understand that the basketball supposed to go inside the cylinder when it's on our side of the court.
Sometimes the testament of a solid team is to be able to defeat those of lesser talent when you don't have your 'A' game going.
There are a lot of "little things" I see that Jans seems to be responsible for that have improved:
* Crisper passes and "extra passes"
* Securing rebounds better
* Communication amongst the players seems stronger

We ALWAYS play this pre-Christmas game on our schedule crappy, but this is so sad that Nichols is even in the game with us, out playing us, even their fans are out cheering us.
Intentionally fouling a guy up four points with 3 seconds left is the perfect capper to this game.
