Very good football program down there. What do we know about this jr/Sr group of kids? Have they been struggling at the JV and middle school levels? Or is there another reason?

Metamora had a great poster here years ago (Birdwatcher) but was run off the board. His insight would be helpful on this subject.

Go to the Peoria Journal-Star website. They have a Sports Forum, look under Large School Football and look for thread(s) discussing Metamora. Some theories are given. I'll let you go look at them and decide for yourself. You're welcome!

BW and I had some epic private/public arguments here back in the day. I do not recall him being run off this board. He has been gone from Metamora for a few years now. He retired and moved to Tennessee.

Wasn;t run out of here had his own site and various things to do....terrific guy who I got to know and happy he's retired and doing well
