I'll give the fans credit for this one. The boos seemed to work. From down 12 to up 5 at half.

We still suck but good to see a little effort.

I have never seen a Kentucky coach who gets a team to start a game down 12+ points no matter who they play than Pope does. That shows how absolutely awful the staff is at preparation.

Honestly Lowe is not the PG for this team. He doesn’t really facilitate anything and guys stand around. He can score but he’s a liability everywhere else. Pope needs to convince Aberdeen to just be a pass first PG and a defensive dog.

That’s what’s so frustrating. He always talks about second half analytics. Where’s the pregame analytics? Teams have tendencies.

That's the thing, JJ can get to the rim at will, it's what he does when he gets there that is infuriating.
Earlier in the season, he got a couple of sweet assists, but he’s so hard headed, he refuses to just try to be a pg. He could get good minutes if he would just share the ball.

Agreed, he needs strength and a little bit of a sharing attitude. To many Me Me Me gotta get my highlights no matter what guys on this team, especially at guard.

Funny enough the best game this team played (Purdue exhibition lol) that's what Aberdeen was. I wonder if Lowe was just done for the season would that actually help? Maybe the uncertainty just gets in your head. I don't know maybe I'm just trying to cope

Because Golden used him correctly as the 6th man to play spot 3-5 minutes at a time and wasn't the guy.
