When you post, make sure this menu bar opens up (screenshot below). If not, it will not allow to you post. Also, if you use Internet Explorer, you have to put something in the body of the post or it won't allow you to post. Also, if the toolbar never loads, go to Account (at the top of the page) -> Settings -> Preferences and at the bottom, choose bbcode as your editor type. This will give you a different toolbar. A lot of people that use chrome or safari have the problem with the toolbar never loading and using bbcode as the editor alleviates that problem.
