I think everything boiled over that game. Not sure of the inside details. Video is on YouTube. We didn't deserve the playoffs with that coach anyhow. He was canned shortly after. Game was against Legion Academy.I could be wrong so don't take as gospel. But I think the nchsaa got neutered from team punishment maybe even personal to an extent. That was the whole reason state got involved, I believe a team was expelled from playoffs because of to many kids ejected. And local representative went to nchsaa about reversing ruling. But was upheld and that representative started legislation to start stripping nchsaa of powers. Anson county maybe
More than likely..... ejections in soccer can occur with accumulation of (2) yellows in a game as well. So in theory, no misconduct but simply catching (2) cards to equal an ejection.I guess the rest are in boys soccer
Likely would be 1000 ejections if they used the same standards from 40 years ago. I doubt they even had certain offense's that would be eligible for ejection. Kids are not being disciplined enough and get by with WAY too much.
The need to just SHUT UP AND PLAY. The coaches could be more judicious in handing out justice. Set down for a half and see if these behaviors don't improve. If it cost a win the players will enforce the code.
